Not every organisation is able to take its assets offline even for the time required to perform a refurbishment and, if minimal outage and disruption are the key considerations, then NDL can provide an effective on-site refurbishment programme.
This service is ideal in situations where the transformer is fundamentally in good condition, but some of the ancillary items may require servicing and upgrading.
Typically this would include processes such as cooler bank replacements, re-gasketing units and, painting the exterior of the transformer. The unit would then be tested on-site and re-commissioned

NDL undertakes field testing and diagnostics of the transformer assets at the site of our clients as a general maintenance and check-up routine, predictive & preventing maintenance routine or for fault diagnostics. Comprehensive routine inspections and testing are conducted through our AMC.
Our advanced diagnostic techniques provide information on the ageing, condition and breakdown management of power equipment.
